Male members of the Tuareg people of the desert are called Targi. As tribal leaders, they trade goods from near and far such as dates, salt and pepper into coveted gold coins and advantages. As leader of a Tuareg tribe, players try to increase their influence. But this can only be done with the help of goods cards, and by obtaining the coveted Tribal cards which will bring you advantages and in the end, the Victory Points needed to win. To do so requires the player to obtain the best goods available in order to obtain the actions you need to put gold in your pocket. Those who do not go to the dealer to trade run the risk that another player gets there first. But maybe a caravan will bring the valued goods? If you wait too long, you could lose the chance to get a good trade, and in the next round entirely different offers could be at stake!
