Jörg Ullmann

Jörg Ullmann, biologist and avid diver, manages one of the world's largest microalgae farms and has been involved with algae for many years, particularly their use and potential in nutrition. He researches and publishes on this topic and is a frequent presenter at international congresses, as well as in the press and on television. He travels extensively and is particularly interested in local cuisine. As a passionate amateur chef, he is especially fascinated by the traditional use of algae in Japanese and European cuisine.
