Doreen Aldugan

Doreen Aldugan was diagnosed with AD(H)D at the age of 14. She is married, has four children, and is currently self-employed as an influencer. In 2019, she started the mom blog "nocheinwunder," but it didn't fully satisfy her. Since July 2023, she has focused on the topic of AD(H)D and is completely absorbed in it. She educates her community, offers tips, shares challenges she faces, and provides insights from her experiences. She demonstrates how to view AD(H)D not just in terms of its negative aspects, but also to focus on the positive and embrace AD(H)D as a superpower, a miracle. She is a certified parent counselor for AD(H)D and is currently undergoing training to become a parent coach.
