Typically Baden

With great imagination and wit, Peter Gaymann from Freiburg illustrates the peculiarities of the people of Baden. His cartoons tell of Baden's landscapes, of Baden as a tourist region, and of Baden's delights. The cartoonist charmingly pokes fun at his homeland and his compatriots: the love of the people of Baden for wine and good food is addressed, as is the allegedly always good weather and the roaring motorcycles that race through the Black Forest on Sundays. The alternative Badener, who protests against nuclear power and other things with "Nai hämmer gsait" (We said no), also finds a place in this wonderful kaleidoscope of Baden sensibilities.
