The saddle is the most important link between horse and rider and is often to blame when problems arise during riding. Master saddler Jochen Schleese uses many photos and detailed drawings to show what is important in saddle fitting and why women need different saddles than men. In this way, riders learn to recognise a good saddler and to assess for themselves whether their own saddle is (still) the right one.
