About the Author

Jochen Schleese

Jochen Schleese learned the saddlery trade in the early 1980s and successfully passed his master craftsman's examination. For many years, he lived and worked in Canada, where, together with the Canadian government, he developed a three-year training program for saddlers. The flexible saddle tree he developed is primarily tailored to the female anatomy. His "Saddlefit 4 Life®" program educates riders, veterinarians, osteopaths, and professional riders worldwide, providing them with the necessary knowledge about saddles.
