Über den Autor

Ephraim Kishon (1924–2005), geboren in Budapest als Hoffmann Ferenc, floh 1949 nach Israel und wurde dort ein weltbekannter Satiriker. Seine Bücher erschienen in 37 Sprachen mit einer Gesamtauflage von über 43 Millionen, davon mehr als 31 Millionen in deutscher Sprache.

Über die Illustratorin

Lena Hesse ist eine deutsche Illustratorin und Grafikerin, die überwiegend im Bereich Bilder- und Jugendbuch tätig ist. Sie ist ausgebildete Mediengestalterin für Digital- und Printmedien und studierte Design an der Fachhochschule Münster und an der Escuelade Arte y Diseñoin Valencia.
