A pirate movie is to be filmed on Shark Island, a small island off the coast of California. The Three Investigators are looking after the cameras and other equipment. Soon, however, things happen that no one expected. A shark circles the island. Justus, Peter and Bob suddenly discover an underground passage that leads them into unforeseen depths of the sea and into a topsy-turvy world. There they find a treasure, but others are already after it...
