Iris Charles

Iris Charles is an enthusiastic sports and education teacher, and successfully competes in dressage up to S*** level with horses she has trained herself. Her holistic approach links sports science and equestrian aspects, thus refining the interplay between rider and horse.
As an amateur riding instructor, she knows from many years of experience how targeted training not only improves the rider's motor skills, but also educates their feel for the seat and the application of aids. This helps every rider to identify seat problems and their causes and to eliminate them permanently with often astonishingly simple exercises.
