Ernst Hermann Maier

Ernst Hermann Maier, chairman of Uria e.V. (Association for the Promotion of a New Form of Animal Husbandry), is a fervent advocate for the abolition of livestock transports. As a farmer, he makes his living from his animals, yet at the same time demonstrates how they can be used with respect and affection. For some time now, the herd has been scientifically monitored, and Maier gives lectures at universities about his experiences with animal-friendly husbandry.
