Caution Poison – Anti-Poison Bait Training for Dogs
Topic no. 1 for dog owners.
Identify poisons, prevent ingestion
Available immediately
Nose close to the ground, scurrying quickly from left to right again and again, a quick glance to see if mom and dad are still engrossed in conversation, and there it is: a big, tasty piece of pizza right in the bushes. Devoured so quickly that no amount of calling or rapidly approaching footsteps can change a thing.\nThis time, it turned out well – nothing happened, apart from worried dog owners left behind. Unfortunately, it's a different story if the pizza in question is already spoiled and causes a stomach ache. Or if the omnivore suffers from a food intolerance or allergy, so that every "treat" on the go leads to prolonged ear infections and itching. Last but not least, there is always the worry that the quickly swallowed find is not just harmless, discarded food remains, but deliberately placed poisoned bait. Careful anti-poison bait training can, in doubt, save dog lives.
In this webinar, you will learn
- what could be the reasons your dog is an "omnivore" outdoors
- what is important in anti-poison bait training
- how you can prevent the ingestion of edible items in advance
- with which exercises you can defuse supposed danger situations
- what to do if you find poisoned bait
- how to recognize poisoning in your dog
- how to help your dog in case of poisoning
This way, you can enjoy walks with your dog more relaxed again.
