Student Lab for 3rd and 4th Grade

Knowledge that goes beyond the classroom! Building on the curriculum, 39 experiments give elementary school children the opportunity to independently research and deepen topics in science and social studies. Working with the Chemistry Station and Electro Lab offers what sometimes there isn't enough time for in class: active experimenting and hands-on learning! This way, children can - safely guided by the detailed instructions - get to the bottom of countless exciting questions: How do I make the LED light up? What does the indicator paper tell me? At the end of each topic, the acquired knowledge is put to the test with varied tasks. The KOSMOS student lab thus provides numerous successes and "aha!" moments for children aged 8 to 11 - for lasting learning and understanding with fun!

Contents: Test tubes and stoppers, measuring beaker, pH test strips, pipettes, tweezers, light bulbs, plastic tube, felt cloth, spring clips, battery compartment, cables, electric motor, push button, LED, axle, gear, string, modeling clay and much more, colorfully illustrated instructions

Additional materials needed: 2 x 1.5-volt batteries type LR 6 (AA, Mignon) pencil, eraser, salt, sugar, red cabbage, baking powder, baking soda, vinegar and other common household materials and objects
