Dogs are like children: over the course of a dog's life, as an owner, you have to be prepared for anything. There are splinters lurking on walking paths that can quickly prick their paws. Or a larger piece of wood gets stuck between their teeth. Nasty burrs that get tangled in their fur and can no longer be picked out with your fingers are also popular. Not to mention the pleasurable rolling in fox poop followed by a bathroom-related ordeal. And then what? What can you do so that your dog can enjoy necessary grooming without resisting with all its might?
What if things get really serious? If your dog is in pain, for example because he has been bitten by another dog, and you have to provide the necessary first aid? What if he tries to bite the vet because he is very afraid of the treatment?
Well, what to do? It's best to practice beforehand. However, getting dogs used to grooming is often neglected by dog owners or simply forced, because "he has to go through it" ... until it's too late and the dog finds manipulations on his body so annoying that he resists with everything he can.
Don't let it get that far. Or: If the dog has already fallen into the well, let us show you how you can still manage to get your dog to trust you again when showering/clipping claws/holding/lifting.
We cater completely to your wishes: Where are the difficulties? What grooming measures do you specifically need for your dog in everyday life/in an emergency?
This way you will find each other again in everyday life and you can count on your dog's cooperation in an emergency!
