Paris in 1889. Just in time for the Exposition Universelle, the city on the Seine showcases its latest achievement to the world: electric street lighting. And two players are there live to witness this historic event! In this strategy game, you take on the roles of two competing master builders. In two phases, you develop a new district: you lay out streets, plan buildings, and erect magnificent structures. Each player must try to use their action tiles as lucratively as possible. To gain the most points, the structures must shine in the glory of the lights.
