My Training with Life Kinetik

The popular athlete explains Life Kinetik - the completely new way of brain jogging, brain jogging through movement! Felix Neureuther has been training with Life Kinetik for over two years. In this book, he presents his exercise program, which not only significantly improves performance but is also a lot of fun. The exercises train visual perception, flexible body control, and memory. Through special movement sequences, the brain is constantly presented with new tasks and thus learns to find flexible and effective solutions under pressure. The exercises can be increased in difficulty as desired and are therefore suitable for children and young people as well as for seniors, athletes, and competitive athletes. Life Kinetik was developed by Horst Lutz, who, in addition to Felix Neureuther, also coaches the football teams of Borussia Dortmund and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, as well as the German alpine ski national team.
