Preparation for making aerated confectionery (marshmallows) with strawberry flavor
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, gelling agents (pectins, agar-agar), acid (citric acid), black carrot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavor.
Sugar preparation with strawberry flavor:
Ingredients: Sugar, acid (citric acid), black carrot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavor

Gelling sugar:
Ingredients: Gelling agents (pectins, agar-agar), sugar

Preparation: Put 240 g of icing sugar into a mixing bowl and prepare a large flat plate dusted with icing sugar. Put 200 ml of cold water into the saucepan and mix with the contents of the gelling agent-sugar mixture sachet. Heat while stirring and boil bubbling for 1 ½ minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and add the contents of the sugar preparation sachet. Heat again while stirring and boil for 1 minute. Remove the pot from the heat and beat half of the cooked mixture with the icing sugar for 1 minute with a hand mixer, then add the remaining mixture and beat on the highest setting for 8 minutes until fluffy. Immediately pour this marshmallow mixture onto the prepared plate and smooth it out. If desired, decorate immediately. After 1 hour of cooling time, sprinkle with icing sugar, then cut or stamp into bite-sized pieces and put some of them on the sticks. The enclosed instructions explain the correct use of the food and the detailed preparation of the marshmallows. Consume the prepared marshmallows within a few days.
