What is the secret to perfectly training certain breeds? Together, we will delve into breed science from an olfactory perspective. The following questions will be addressed by trail expert Alexandra Grunow (K9) for many dog breeds in three webinars:
- What is important in each training phase and what absolutely must be considered? Not only in trail training, but also in everyday life.
- How does trailing or search work (tracking, ZOS, etc.) affect our coexistence?
- What problems will arise and how can they be addressed?
- How can a dog be supported after deployment trauma or performance stress?
Example trails for learning, working, and mental phases, as well as videos for analysis, will also be shown.
In the 1st webinar, the following breeds will be discussed:
- Golden Retriever and Labrador
- Beagle/Cocker Spaniel
- Dachshund
- White Shepherd and German Shepherd
- Rescue dogs (briefly, more extensively with film in Part 2)
- Giant Schnauzer
- Rhodesian Ridgeback
