Preparation for making stick candies with peach and strawberry flavors
Ingredients:
Sugar, glucose syrup, natural flavors, black carrot juice concentrate, coloring (beta-carotene), acidifier (citric acid). May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals (rye; barley; oats; wheat), celery, egg, soy, and milk.
Sugar-glucose syrup preparation with peach flavor: Sugar, glucose syrup, natural flavor, coloring (beta-carotene), acidifier (citric acid).
Sugar-glucose syrup preparation with strawberry flavor: Sugar, glucose syrup, natural flavor, black carrot juice concentrate, acidifier (citric acid).

Preparation:
1. Place 100g of the sugar-glucose syrup preparation of the desired flavor into a small pot and stir with 25ml of water. Steps 2 and 3 must be performed by an adult.
2. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes over lower heat, stirring constantly.
3. Very carefully pour the hot sugar mixture from the pot into the molds. Insert lollipop sticks.
4. After 30 minutes, press the cooled stick candies out of the mold and wrap them in pre-cut baking paper. Store in the refrigerator.
The enclosed instructions explain the correct use of the food and the detailed preparation of the stick candies. Consume the prepared stick candies within a few days.
