In the circle of the herd

Since 2012, wildlife filmmaker Marc Lubetzki has been observing and filming wild horse herds in Germany, Great Britain, and Portugal, among other locations. During filming, he himself becomes part of the herd. In this book, he describes how he gains the animals' trust and what conclusions he draws from his unique observations. He succeeds in clarifying old misunderstandings, such as the "lead stallion lie," and proving how similar the behavior of wild and domestic horses is.
