"One cannot not communicate." Communication is a constant process that takes place both verbally and nonverbally. Even when we are silent, we still send signals. Much of this is controlled from the subconscious. Our emotions create an expression that can also be observed externally. This is true for us humans and equally true for our dogs.
Perhaps you wish to understand your own dog better in order to communicate with them on an equal footing? No matter what and how we live with our dogs, whether in training, education, or as social partners – within a social structure, exchange and feedback are necessary to grow together, become a team, and understand each other.
What can we do to offer conversation? How can we assess behavior? As social beings, dogs primarily use their body language for intraspecific communication. This needs to be recognized and felt. To do this, we delve into our own experiences and compare our expressions with those of dogs.
To be honest... we are quite similar, and it's no coincidence that we have lived with dogs for about 35,000 years. And increasingly, contacts are becoming closer, and dogs are becoming social partners!
