House Smudging Explained Briefly & Introduction to Smudging Materials

This webinar focuses on the topic of "house smudging." The energetic or atmospheric cleansing of rooms is currently attracting a lot of interest again. This is not a new trend, but an ancient tradition that some may even know from their grandparents, but which has been used for thousands of years. What is new is the remembrance and rediscovery of this extremely effective and helpful, subtle cleansing ritual.

In southern Germany, we know the idioms "You have to let the smoke in" and "It went up in smoke." In our language, we are well aware of the secrets of smoke and its effect. Smoke eliminates dull, oppressive, heavy energies, loosens ingrained and old things in rooms, can bring "buried" things to the surface so that they can be appeased and reconciled. The result is physically and emotionally noticeable for the residents: clarity, freshness, lightness, relief. Some even say that their rooms literally glow after an intensive house cleansing with smoke and scent.

I will also discuss the 5–7 most important smudging materials (resins and herbs) that have a cleansing and clarifying effect and are suitable for house smudging. I will differentiate what you can use for an intensive cleansing smudge and for cleansing in, for example, doctor's offices and shops, when the rooms should be available again quickly for customers or patients.

You will receive tips on what you can smudge with after a house smudging, depending on what energy and atmosphere you want to strengthen in your rooms.
