H.Dv.12

The H.Dv.12, the army service regulation from 1912 last updated on 18.08.1937, was a "service regulation" of the German army. It deals with the training of horse and rider for use in cavalry units. Many of the training rules were incorporated into the guidelines of the German Equestrian Federation (FN) after World War II. Those who follow these guidelines can use the H.Dv.12 as a riding instruction and as a concrete guide for versatile young horse training.
