In-hand exercises

Working in-hand promotes concentration, body awareness, self-confidence and the health of horses. Kathrin Roida demonstrates how to train young horses, healthy riding horses, and horses in need of correction or rehabilitation in a manner appropriate to their type and age. Step-by-step explanations illustrate both the individual lessons and the positioning of the trainer. Important lessons are assessed by an osteopath who explains biomechanical relationships.
