Ingredients: Sugar, acidifier (citric acid), black carrot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavor.
Sugar preparation with apple flavor (green):
Ingredients: Sugar, acidifier (citric acid), safflower extract, natural flavor, maltodextrin, spirulina extract, trehalose*, acidity regulator (trisodium citrate).

Gelling sugar:
Ingredients: Gelling agents (pectins; agar-agar), sugar.

Preparation:
Add 100 ml of cold water to the saucepan and stir in the contents of one bag of gelling agent-sugar mixture until smooth. Heat while stirring and boil for 1.5 minutes until bubbling. Remove the pot from the stove and add the contents of one bag of sugar preparation. Heat while stirring and boil for 1 minute until bubbling. Remove the pot from the stove, fill the finished mixture into the mold with a spoon and let it harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The enclosed instructions explain the correct use of the food items and the detailed production of the gummy candies. Consume the produced gummy candies within a few days.
