Preparation for making gummy candies with strawberry and apple flavor

Ingredients:
Sugar, gelling agents (pectins, agar-agar), acidifier (citric acid), safflower extract, maltodextrin, black carrot juice concentrate, natural flavors, spirulina extract, trehalose*, acidity regulator (trisodium citrate),
*Trehalose is a glucose source.

May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk, egg, and celery.

Sugar preparation with strawberry flavor (red): Sugar, acidifier (citric acid), black carrot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavor.

Sugar preparation with apple flavor (green): Sugar, acidifier (citric acid), safflower extract, natural flavor, maltodextrin, spirulina extract, trehalose*, acidity regulator (trisodium citrate). *Trehalose is a glucose source.

Gelling agent-sugar mixture: Sugar, gelling agents (pectins, agar-agar).

Preparation:
1. Pour 100 ml of cold water into the saucepan and stir in the contents of one bag of gelling agent-sugar mixture until smooth. Heat while stirring and boil for 1.5 minutes until bubbling.
2. Remove the pot from the stove and add the contents of one bag of sugar preparation. Heat while stirring and boil for 1 minute until bubbling.
3. Remove the pot from the stove, fill the mold with the finished mixture using a spoon, and let it harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
The enclosed instructions explain the correct use of the food items and the detailed preparation of the gummy candies. Store the prepared gummy candies in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
