Preparation for making gummy candies with strawberry and pineapple flavor
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, gelling agents (pectins, agar-agar), acid (citric acid), black carrot juice concentrate, natural flavors, maltodextrin, color (beta-carotene).
Sugar preparation with strawberry flavor:
Ingredients: Sugar, acid (citric acid), black carrot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavor (100 g/3.53 oz.)
Sugar preparation with pineapple flavor:
Ingredients: Sugar, acid (citric acid), natural flavor, color (beta-carotene) (100 g/3.53 oz.)
Gelling sugar:
Ingredients: Gelling agents (pectins, agar-agar), sugar (40 g/1.41 oz. in 2 sachets of 20 g/0.71 oz. each)

Preparation:
Pour 100 ml of cold water into the saucepan and stir in the contents of one sachet of gelling agent-sugar mixture until smooth. Heat while stirring and boil bubbling for 1.5 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and add the contents of one sachet of sugar preparation. Heat while stirring and boil bubbling for 1 minute. Remove the pot from the heat, fill the mold with the finished mixture using a spoon, and let it harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The enclosed instructions explain the correct use of the ingredients and the detailed preparation of the gummy candies. Consume the prepared gummy candies within a few days.
