The Three Investigators and the Tornado Hunter

Tornado chaser Dylan Harvey is coming to Rocky Beach to give a lecture. Of course, Justus, Peter, and Bob wouldn't miss it for the world. When valuable photos are stolen just before his appearance, the detectives have to investigate at lightning speed. But suddenly their client doesn't seem so innocent anymore. Is the tornado chaser just a shady swindler?
