The Three Investigators and the Curse of the Ruby

August August needs the help of the Three Investigators. He has inherited the valuable "Fiery Eye" ruby from his deceased great-uncle. But the stone carries a curse: every one of its owners is doomed to die. To find the ruby and break the curse, Justus, Peter, and Bob must unravel a whole chain of mysterious connections. And they are not the only ones after the gemstone. Should they take the threats of the mysterious Mr. Rhandur seriously? An exciting treasure hunt begins...
