The Three Investigators and the Shark Reef

Demonstrators are blocking work on the oil rig off the coast of Santa Barbara. The three detectives drive out to observe the demonstration. They become entangled in mysterious events. Something eerie happens to Mr. Crowe's boat, and as a powerful storm approaches, the sea reveals one of its secrets. What is emerging from the waves? A sea monster?
