A mysterious discovery during the clearing out of an old house causes a stir: Among dusty chests and creaking floorboards, Uncle Titus and the Three Investigators Kids discover a puzzling clue that is said to lead to a pirate treasure. Since Jupiter, Pete, and Bob are currently busy with another case, two to eight children take over the treasure hunt. A game master hides the clues at various stations indoors or outdoors. Then the hunt begins: In part one of the mystery party, all four parts of the treasure map must be found. Only then can the secret hiding place of the treasure be tracked down in part two.
