Fluttering creatures are sighted in the night sky, flocks of sheep panic, and one person even has distinctive red spots on their neck. Is a vampire haunting Rocky Beach? Justus, Peter, and Bob begin their investigation. At a bat research station, the detectives learn a lot about the flying mammals. But the supposed bat attacks continue, and a spooky vampire hunt begins for the three investigators.
