Rocky Beach has a new attraction: an artist has built a miniature model of the small town by the sea. But at the inauguration ceremony in the marketplace, Giovanni's ice cream parlor in the mini-model suddenly catches fire. It quickly turns out that the incidents in the model are also happening in the real, large Rocky Beach. Who is behind the acts of sabotage and what do the perpetrators want to achieve? The Three Investigators Kids start their investigation.
