It's fair time in Rocky Beach! The three detectives received free tickets, including for the Horror Garden. There they encounter strange people: a scar-faced fire-breather, Madame Vandorra, a mysterious psychic, and the stall owner Paolo. Something isn't right here – the sleuths smell a rat immediately! When Uncle Titus and Aunt Mathilda also enjoy themselves in the Horror Garden, Titus's wallet is suddenly gone – or is it? Then Justus wins a strange device that gets the three into quite a bit of trouble, and the Three ??? Kids are already in the middle of a new case...
