A mysterious radio device draws the attention of the three ??? Kids to the harbor of Rocky Beach. Reports of eerie incidents, causing unrest, are increasing there. One word keeps coming up: ghost pirates. Soon, the three detectives stumble upon puzzling clues – a pirate hook, scraps of a flag, conspicuous footprints in the sand, and mysterious threatening letters. With every clue, the tension in the harbor grows. It's clear to Justus, Peter, and Bob: they're going to investigate this mysterious case.
