The FIFA World Cup is taking place in the USA, and Rocky Beach becomes the secret training ground for the American national team. Justus, Peter, and Bob are tasked by Commissioner Reynolds to monitor the training – because the coach fears spies. Indeed, mysterious figures appear who are after the top-secret tactics book.
