Contents: One sachet of strawberry-flavored sugar preparation (red), one sachet of pineapple-flavored sugar preparation (blue), measuring cup, measuring spoon, long-handled spoon, 4 decorative skewers, 4 straws, ice cube tray, color-illustrated instructions.
Additional materials required: 100 ml orange juice, 220 ml whole milk, possibly fruit. Only common household materials are also needed: freezer, sealable bowl or container, stove, pot, whisk, oven mitts, pot holder, water, hand mixer, and mixing bowl.
Preparation for making beverage concentrates, semi-frozen or non-frozen refreshing and milk-based mixed drinks with strawberry and pineapple flavor:
Ingredients:
Sugar, acidifier (citric acid), natural flavors, spirulina extract, black carrot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, trehalose*, acidity regulator (sodium citrates).
*Trehalose is a source of glucose.
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten (rye, barley, oats, wheat), celery, egg, soy, and milk.
100g strawberry-flavored sugar preparation (red): Sugar, acidifier (citric acid), black carrot juice concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavor.
100g pineapple-flavored sugar preparation (blue): Sugar, acidifier (citric acid), natural flavor, spirulina extract, trehalose*, acidity regulator (sodium citrates).
*Trehalose is a source of glucose.
Preparation:
Beverage concentrate:
Heat 30g strawberry-flavored sugar preparation (red) and 50ml water in a pot while stirring. Boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat, and let cool. Store the beverage concentrate in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
Rainbow Drink:
Pour 100 ml orange juice into a glass. Slowly pour 25 ml of beverage concentrate over a spoon. Dissolve ½ tsp of pineapple-flavored sugar preparation (blue) in 100 ml of water and also pour the mixture over the spoon into the glass, above the orange juice.
Strawberry Milkshake (milk-based mixed drink):
Mix 220 ml whole milk with 20g strawberry-flavored sugar preparation (red) in a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer on the highest setting for 1 minute.
Slush Ice (semi-frozen refreshing drink):
Dissolve 20g sugar preparation in 200 ml water. Pour into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes and repeat the process 3–4 times until it reaches the correct slush ice consistency.
