Catan grows and becomes richer and richer. This prosperity also attracts predatory barbarians. Along the coast, they spread fear and terror and plunder the settlements. Who can protect the inhabitants of Catan? To continue building, tools, marble, glass, and sand are needed. Some Catanians travel with their caravan into the desert. There, nomads trade valuable goods. This expansion for five to six players can only be played with CATAN – The Game, the CATAN – The Game expansion for five to six players, and the "Traders & Barbarians" expansion. The classic game with additional material and rules for even more adventures!
