Fear paralyzes, not only the dog but often the owners too. It renders one incapable of action, and feelings arise that continue to block. Good feelings, pity, compassion, understanding. With these feelings, various behaviors of our dogs can be understood and accepted more easily, even aggression. Because when a dog is afraid, neither side can act differently. Or can they?
We want to delve deeper into this topic, into the body language of dogs and our own. What is fear really, what does it look like? And what about anxious dogs, and the suspicious ones? Are there differences? We want to break the cycle of fear, uncover structures and strategies, for people and for dogs. We will look at pictures, watch videos of anxious dogs, of fear-ridden dogs. And last but not least, we will answer the most important question: What can we do to help our dogs move from their fear into a better life?
