An aggressive dog is a great fear for most dog owners. Too much has been heard in the media about the terrible consequences of dog bites, bite statistics, and how the 'best friend of man' should behave.
- But how should he actually behave?
- What is normal? And what is not anymore?
- When is a dog aggressive and when is it dangerous?
In this webinar, I will talk about the biological purpose of aggressive behavior and why aggressive behavior in dogs is a means of communication.
Using a series of pictures, I will illustrate different motivations and explain how they can be identified. Aggression is neither always a training failure, nor does it mean the dog is a lost friend.
