We always imagine it so beautifully: we meet people with dogs and wish that the dogs would joyfully run towards each other and start playing. But what we more often experience are dogs that completely escalate at the mere thought that another dog might approach. They rampage, bark, and pull forward, or depending on their mood, backward. In the worst case, they bite out of frustration, anger, or despair, attacking their surroundings and their human.
What is going on in these dogs' minds? What is their motivation? What are possible causes for this aggression? Why do dogs behave so aggressively? The reasons for this are as diverse as the dog breeds themselves. In this webinar, we will examine the possible forms of aggression in detail and look for their causes.
- Why do dogs show aggression?
- Are they even aggressive at all?
- Are they truly aggressive in this situation?
- Are they unsociable or not?
- How can I tell the difference?
- And what are possible ways out of this dilemma?
