Stefanie Berteit

Stefanie Berteit is a dog trainer and behavioral consultant specializing in conflicts between humans and dogs. She creates space for clarity and closeness, with the goal of transforming conflicts with dogs into genuine connections. She consciously describes herself as a "trainer of the middle," as she is convinced that extremes do not lead to sustainable solutions. For her, connection, clarity, attentiveness, appreciation, and openness are central – both in working with people and with dogs. Together with her husband, she runs a dog school, a dog shop, and a dog grooming salon in Schleswig-Holstein. In addition to individual and group training, she offers seminars and webinars that focus particularly on the topics of conflict, personality, and leadership.
