Perdita Lübbe-Scheuermann

Perdita Lübbe-Scheuermann, born in 1965, is one of Germany's most renowned dog experts: she is a trainer, coaching expert, behavior consultant, and author. She gives seminars on body language, character assessment, and aggression.
At work, in the Hunde-Akademie Perdita Lübbe in Darmstadt, which she founded in 1994, one motto takes center stage: For a harmonious coexistence between humans and dogs. The academy director considers it important to mediate between two-legged and four-legged friends with great sensitivity and to resolve misunderstandings in interspecies communication with a large dose of humor. Perdita and her team offer competent training from puppy to senior dog. Each human-dog team receives individual attention, and they firmly reject one-size-fits-all solutions. They also offer broad solutions for problems, even for aggressive dogs.
In 2015, Perdita founded the "Start into a new life" project and, together with her team, trains dogs daily at the Viernheim animal shelter to increase their chances of adoption. They also offer many seminars for animal shelter staff, supported by TASSO e.V.
Perdita Lübbe-Scheuermann lives with her husband Ralf and four dogs in Griesheim, Hesse, near Darmstadt.
