Mischa-Amadeus Olma is the founder of woodboom, a company that produces solid wood furniture. His love for wood evolved into a love for the forest and all the plants found there. Over the years, he self-taught himself the culinary arts surrounding the treasures of the forest, observed top chefs, and now regularly hosts workshops and dinner events in the forest.
