Kati Imbeck

Kati Imbeck was a dedicated companion to her grandfather, who suffered from dementia. Inspired by this experience, she earned a Master's degree in "Care for People with Dementia" at Witten/Herdecke University and worked as an everyday companion in a nursing home. Today, she works in public relations for a social enterprise in Hamburg, works as a freelance journalist, and blogs about aging at www.katicares.com
