Jedrzej Golecki

Perhaps it's due to his early childhood in Poland, where the correct answer to "How are you?" is "Stara bieda" – roughly translated as "the old misery": Jay Golecki has a penchant for the morbid. But it wasn't just melancholy that "Jay" brought from Eastern Europe to Germany – it was also a love for mushrooms. Even during his many years in major advertising agencies as a graphic designer, copywriter, and creative director, the forest always remained a place of balance and retreat, full of wonders. Jedrzej completed training as a food designer, a mushroom coach for the German Society for Mycology, and finally, a certified mushroom expert (PSV).
