About the Author

Inez Meyer

Inez Meyer studied history with a focus on Africa in London and worked for many years as a journalist in Germany and abroad. After her return to Berlin, she published several successful novels and worked as a ghostwriter, translator, and author. It was precisely because of a small poodle that she booked a trip for difficult dogs – and not much later began her extensive training as a dog trainer at CANIS. Today, together with a colleague, she runs her own dog school in Berlin and says of herself: "It's a happy ending, because now everything comes together: writing, reflecting on the world, colleagues, dogs, the joy of being together..."
