About the Author

Hubert Handmann

As a biology and chemistry teacher, Hubert Handmann was particularly keen to inspire his students about environmental issues. Motivated by his commitment, they won several prizes in "Jugend forscht" and the "BundesUmweltWettbewerb". He is an active member of NABU and the Society of German Nature Photographers (GDT).
