Head gamekeeper Hans-Joachim Borngräber was the long-serving director of the renowned Springe Gamekeeping Training Centre. A breeder of Bavarian Mountain Hounds, he passed on his experience from thousands of tracking operations in numerous courses and in the two video films “The Tracking Shoe” and “Indicating.”
