About the Author

Bjørn Sortland

Bjørn Sortland is Norwegian. He initially worked as a journalist before dedicating himself entirely to writing for children and young people. His non-fiction book "Red, Blue, and a Little Yellow" won the German Youth Literature Prize in 1996, and his novel "The Minute of Truth" was among the nominees in 2006.
