About the Author

Adelheid Brunner

Adelheid Brunner spent a large part of her childhood in the Alpine natural environment. Alongside her biology studies, her interest was always drawn to ancient knowledge about the natural cycles of the seasons, herbal medicine, and ritual practices. She gives lectures and leads seminars on topics such as medicinal herbs, nature education, shamanism, and Celtic ritualistics.
